CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Last updated: July 31, 2026
We’re glad you’re here at Truly Humble Operator Academy. We pride ourselves on top-tier heavy equipment training and want you to feel confident in your investment. To that end, we provide refunds under specific conditions outlined below; please review these guidelines carefully to see how they apply to your upcoming training session or workshop.
1. Workshops (Open Group and Small Group)
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund or a one-time credit toward a future workshop. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable.
2. Training Program Refunds
Once a multi-day training program has commenced, refunds are calculated pro-rata based on the percentage of training hours completed. A small administrative fee may apply to all processed refunds for long-term programs. Certificates of Completion will only be issued for the actual hours attended.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Students may request to reschedule a private coaching session once at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 72 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling requests or late requests may incur a rescheduling fee.
4. Academy Cancellations
In the rare event that the Academy must cancel a session due to equipment failure, extreme weather, or instructor illness, students will be offered the choice of a full refund or a priority booking for the next available session.
