Workshops
Whether you’re looking to get your first seat time or sharpen your skills, our workshops provide hands-on experience in a supportive environment with no long-term commitment required.
Workshop 1 – Open Group Workshop is designed for larger groups and is perfect for beginners who want to learn machine fundamentals, safety, controls, attachment operation, and gain real seat time on equipment alongside other students.
Workshop 2 – Small Group Workshop offers the same hands-on training but in a more personalized setting, limited to just four participants. With smaller class sizes, students receive more one-on-one instruction and increased seat time to build confidence and improve their skills.
Private Training
Our Private Training sessions are designed for individuals or companies looking for focused, one-on-one instruction. Whether you’re new to heavy equipment, need help sharpening specific skills, or want additional seat time, you’ll work directly with an instructor at your own pace. Training is tailored to your goals and provides personalized guidance, real equipment experience, and the confidence needed to become a safer and more capable operator.
Full Operator Program
Our Full Operator Program is an 80-hour hands-on training experience designed for individuals who are serious about developing real-world operating skills. Students receive 60 hours of structured instruction covering machine operation, safety, attachment use, maintenance basics, and job site practices, followed by 20 hours of supervised field training on an active work site to put their skills to the test in real-world conditions. Whether you’re pursuing a career in the trades, advancing your current abilities, or investing in your crew, our program is built to develop safer, more confident, and more capable operators through practical experience—not just classroom instruction.
